It is with great excitement we announce that Dr Natalie Dumer has joined our team. Dr Dumer migrated to Sydney, Australia with her family as a seven year old child from the former USSR. Dr Dumer has worked in orthodontics for 23 years, concentrating on Invisalign\u00ae as well as fixed orthodontics (braces), in a caring and gentle way, making her a wonderful clinician.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-374\" style=\"float: right; margin-left: 30px; margin-top: 10px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.theorthopractice.com.au\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Dr-Baisi-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Dr Baisi\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Would you believe Dr Baisi reached his 28th anniversary with TOP in April! Thank you both for all your dedication and hard work.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-372\" style=\"float: right; margin-left: 30px; margin-top: 10px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.theorthopractice.com.au\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/theo-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"theo\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Theo and Railea celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a beautiful cake from the TOP team.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<h3>Dentist information evenings<\/h3>\n<p>On Friday 22 June, we held our first dentist information evening for 2018 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Double Bay. Many of our referring dentists and their teams attended. Dr Baisi gave a presentation at the event, on \u2018Invisalign\u00ae Successful Treatment Outcomes in General Practice Part One\u2018. These events are very important to our practice as it is our way of thanking our dentists and their teams for their ongoing support. It is also a great chance for everyone to earn highly coveted CPD points, but also a great networking opportunity and social catch up.<\/p>\n<p>These events would not be possible without the help of our major event partners, Invisalign\u00ae Australia, 3M Unitek, SureSmile\u00ae and PresiDental\u00ae. One Dr Baisi\u2019s favourite days was teaching our manager\u2019s son Louis (his prot\u00e9g\u00e9) how to sail and fish!<\/p>\n<p>He may be young but we think he\u2019ll be chief skipper and swinging the rod out in no time!<\/p>\n<h3>Wrap up<\/h3>\n<p>It\u2019s been a busy few months as always, but we loved every minute of it.
