Why you get top rewards
When you choose the ortho practice for your orthodontics, you can be assured we will do everything within our power to ensure you get the wonderful results you desire … and we can’t do it on our own! For you to achieve the very best results from your orthodontic treatment, it is essential for you to attend all appointments on time at the required intervals, keep your teeth, gums and appliances clean, prevent any breakages to your appliances and wear your appliances or elastics as instructed.
To encourage your excellent co-operation and participation in your orthodontic treatment, you have the top rewards programme as a fun way to help us help you achieve a great orthodontic result.
What you can get with your top rewards points

Patients in observation can earn up to 2 points, for arriving on time and good oral hygiene.

How your points are awarded
You will be given a top rewards stamp book. This stamp book will be used to record the number of reward points you earn at each appointment.
Bring your stamp book with you to every appointment, as we have a "NO BOOK – NO POINTS" policy. If you lose your stamp book, you will be given a new one, however previously accrued points will be lost!
Your stamp book will be stamped by our receptionists after you have been seen by the orthodontist. The minimum amount of points required to claim a prize is 4.
